Choose the Executive suite for cooking and laundry
Choose the 1 Bedroom Executive Suites at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road if you expect to prepare meals, wash clothes and use separate living and dining areas. At 45 m², they have the same floor area as the 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suites and 1 Bedroom Premium Suites. The reason to choose Executive is the combination of facilities, rather than extra square metres. If cooking and laundry barely feature in your plans, compare the other categories before deciding.
Space beyond the bedroom
The 1 Bedroom Executive Suites have separate living and dining areas, a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a heritage view. Those are reasons to choose the category if they fit your plans. If you expect to eat out and do no laundry, the appliances may add little to your stay.

A bathtub is available in selected suites, so confirm the exact allocation if you want a bath. The 1 Bedroom Executive Suites have a fully-equipped kitchen and walk-in rain shower. Compare those features directly instead of relying on the category names.
The 1 Bedroom Premium Suites offer city views within 45 m². If you want more floor area, the 2 Bedroom Premium Suites measure 66 m² and include a living room and fully-equipped kitchenette. Check the equipment and layout of the category you choose; do not assume every suite has the same appliances.
Settle the booking conditions
Travellers bringing a pet should choose elsewhere because pets are not allowed on the premises. Drivers should establish parking arrangements for their booking: valet parking is unavailable, and complimentary basement parking applies to monthly stay residents.
